1. About the service

MTG Card Simulator (the "Service") is a free, fan-made booster-pack opening simulation for Magic: The Gathering. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Everything in the Service is virtual

  • The in-app budget, cards, packs, products and marketplace exist for entertainment only. They are not real money, have no monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, cashed out or redeemed for anything outside the Service.
  • Displayed card prices are estimates from public market data, shown for realism only. They are not offers to buy or sell real cards.
  • Nothing in the Service is gambling: no real money can be wagered and nothing of real-world value can be won.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where local law requires a higher age for consenting to data processing without a parent) to create an account.

4. Your account

  • Provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • One account per person; do not impersonate others.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • exploit bugs, automate gameplay, scrape the Service, or manipulate the virtual marketplace, leaderboard or streak systems;
  • harass other users or post unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit content in profiles, bios or trades;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to the Service's infrastructure.

6. Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts that support hosting costs. They are not purchases: they confer no goods, services, virtual items or advantages, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Payment is handled entirely by the third-party donation provider linked from the Service.

7. Intellectual property

MTG Card Simulator is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering, card names and card images are property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Card data and imagery are provided via Scryfall. The Service's own code and design remain the property of its operator. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. your bio) and grant us a license to display it within the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service or remain inactive for an extended period. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account and data (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is a free hobby project: we do not guarantee availability, accuracy of card data or prices, or preservation of virtual collections. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, where the Service is operated. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
